A proprietary Microsoft Dynamics AX/Microsoft Dynamics 365 add-on for comprehensive management of generated JPK files – a Polish variant of the SAF-T – directly at the system level. All information concerning the generated JPK files is available directly in the system. The add-on makes light work of browsing through the saved files, analysing errors and viewing information on file transmissions to the authorities.

Functionalities:

Validation of the generated JPK single audit files against the mandatory template for individual JPK structures
Configuration of the electronic signature and signing the generated JPK files
Electronic transmission of the signed JPK files
Verification of the certificates-of-receipt (UPO) status and downloading certificate files
