The license calculator on the INLOGICA website is used to check the prices of Microsoft software subscriptions you are interested in for business users. You can put the selected licenses into a shopping cart and recalculate the monthly cost of a potential order. Submit your shopping cart; we will get back to you as soon as possible and discuss further steps.

We provide prices in the license calculator in € because this is the main settlement currency with the software manufacturer Microsoft in Europe, thus ours with end customers. You can, on your own, multiply the order total from the Cart by the average currency exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland on the previous day. This will give you an estimate of the value of your planned purchase in PLN.
No. All prices in the calculator are net prices (without VAT). The VAT (currently 23%) will be added to the prices of ordered licenses on the invoice.
INLOGICA is an authorized Microsoft software reseller that buys licenses cheaper than the end customer. And since making licenses available is not our core business, we can offer them at a minimal margin. No. Sending the shopping cart does not result in any financial obligation. The shopping cart only provides information about the cost of the licenses you plan to purchase. You will receive an email summary from the shopping cart, and so will we. We will contact you to verify the demand and finalize the order.
For example, when you order precisely the list of licenses at the prices in the shopping cart, you commit to paying for them for a year. You can pay once a year in advance or pay subscriptions monthly.
The Microsoft product license calculator on the INLOGICA website only considers the monthly costs of subscriptions ordered for one year. Feel free to contact us – at store@inlogica.com. We will provide you with prices for subscriptions renewed monthly.
No. Among other things, it does not include licenses offered by Microsoft as perpetual licenses, nor several licenses available as monthly or 3-year subscriptions. If you did not find the licenses you are interested in, please get in touch with us by email at store@inlogica.com
After verifying your requirements, you will receive an Order Form from us.
Fill in the missing data on the Order Form and send it to the address provided by our team.
You will receive a link in your email inviting you to authorize us as your Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. If you are approved, accept it. If you need help, ask your company’s appropriate person (administrator) to act.
Once INLOGICA is authorized as a Microsoft software provider, we will immediately plug the licenses into your account.
The Microsoft Customer License Agreement must be signed by a person authorized to represent the ordering party, as disclosed in the records or by power of attorney. Execution of the license order requires acceptance of this agreement.

Tenant is the name of your leased account on the Microsoft cloud platform. It is an isolated environment where your company’s users can manage available resources and use various services and applications. A company can have multiple tenants, within which it builds separate collections of resources.

The process of adding licenses to the Ordering Party’s Microsoft account occurs after the Ordering Party accepts the invitation (link) sent by INLOGICA, allowing INLOGICA to be authorized as a Microsoft cloud solution provider.
Price protection is a guarantee offered by Microsoft that the price will not change during the period you have committed to paying for the subscription. Buying, for example, five licenses of M365 Business Basic in a one-year commitment, you are assured that for the year after your first order, if you want to buy, for example, three more subscriptions of this software, you will pay the same price as with your first order.
We do not influence the manufacturer’s pricing policy. Therefore, if Microsoft changes prices, we also have the right to change our offer (increase or decrease the price).

We process orders within a maximum of 3 business days after order confirmation.
The subscription start date is equivalent to the delivery date of the license subscription.
The date of dispatch of the download link for local software installation is equivalent to the delivery date of the perpetual license.
No. You can order one license.
Settlements
The primary currency for processing a license order is the EUR. This is because it is the main settlement currency with the manufacturer in the European area. We only present estimates for all prices given in PLN.
As a rule, it is the average exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland (Table A) on the previous working day from the invoice date. However, we reserve the right to change it depending on the conversion rate adopted by the manufacturer.
Yes. All you need to do is make such a request when ordering.
We issue an invoice for the licenses on the day of your order. You will receive it at the email address you provided with your order.
No. For monthly subscriptions, the value of the first invoice is recalculated proportionally to the number of days remaining in the month in which the license subscription begins.
All prices presented are net prices. This means that VAT at the current rate will be added to them when issuing an invoice.
We issue an invoice on the day of your order. You must pay for it within seven days of the invoice date.
Subscription renewals and changes
Yes, at any time.
You can reduce the number of licenses in an active subscription within the subscription renewal period of the 7-day window. If you cancel your subscriptions after this time, you will have to pay for them until the end of your subscription.
Cancellation of a newly purchased subscription is possible within seven days. However, it would be best if you remembered that the subscription cancellation operation can no longer be undone.
Yes, getting a refund for unused days is possible, but it depends on the manufacturer’s approval.
Annual subscriptions are automatically terminated after 12 months unless you request a renewal 30 days before the end of the respective subscription.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the first day of each month unless you request to close your subscription three business days before the end of the month.

Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual billing or vice versa, but this is only possible within the subscription renewal period of the 7-day window.
